New product developments are coming thick and fast at MyClubFinances.com – work has begun on a brand new mobile app for sports clubs which is set to revolutionise how clubs communicate with members with even greater security features to give volunteers, members and parents greater peace of mind!
We’re also working on new features aimed at enhancing the user experience for club members including simplifying the log-in process – all aimed at reducing the administrative burden on club volunteers.
September 2018: Document Wallet
Earmarked for September but available to all clubs and members since the end of August, the Document Wallet is a secure document management tool for members to upload and share profile photos, birth cert and passport copies.
Once shared, club admins can access the shared files via the Single Member View in the club’s Admin Panel.
August 2018: Retention Report
The Retention Report is a significant enhancement to the old Exceptions Report. This new report is currently on beta release and will be released to all existing clubs in August and allows club administrators to monitor membership progress over a three-year window and highlights where members do and don’t renew memberships year-on-year. This report can be presented graphically or in tabular form.
August 2018: Social Media Logins
Also coming in August is the ability to log in to your MyClubFinances.com account using Gmail or Facebook.
This will simplify the payment process and make it more convenient for members to pay their club membership online.
July 2018: Club Secretary’s Report
The new reporting dashboard is currently on beta release and is a significant enhancement for Secretaries and Treasurers. Now club admins can easily see multi-year membership and fundraising performance in visual dashboards, broken down by year, membership type and gender of member. There is no additional charge for clubs to access this new reporting dashboard.
June 2018: Single Member View
The biggest enhancement of 2018 is now live for all clubs. Single Member View means less paperwork and a significant time saving for club volunteers who can now access all member information in one interface and create real-time status reports for all members and volunteers including who Garda vetting,First-Aid and coaching qualifications.
