MyClubFinances.com, Locallotto.ie, helpourclub.ie and Netbeo (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy together with any other documents referred to in it and any other terms and conditions of use sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. For the purpose of the GDPR Regulation which came into force in May 2018 the data controllers are MyClubFinances.com and LocalLotto.ie

We may collect and process the following data about you:

    Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site locallotto.ie and MyClubFinances.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.

    If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

    We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

    Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access. This website usage information is collected by third party tools using cookies, the details of which are below under cookies.

We typically collect the following information for marketing purposes: your name, email address, telephone number and sometimes you are optionally asked to include your role in your club.

We will only retain your data for as long as you are in a role in your club that can benefit from using MyClubFinances.com or as long as you choose to remain active on our mailing list. If you stop interacting with us, we’ll send you a reminder after 12 months, 24 months and 36 months – after which we will archive your data (pending deletion) if we haven’t had any engagement from you.

How do we use the information about you for marketing purposes?

We collect information about you to manage your club’s account with MyClubFinances.com and to contact you about other aspects of our product and service that we think may be of interest to you as a club officer. We apply the GDPR principle of ‘legitimate interest’ to supply you with information about or product and service, to complete the processing of your order on behalf of your club (or other organisation) and to request your feedback on our offering.

Marketing Communications Preferences

We periodically send information via email and/or SMS message for marketing purposes. If you have already consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time. All marketing communications sent by MyClubFinances.com include an unsubscribe option.

If you wish to be completely removed from our database or wish to review or modify the personal data we hold for you, please email info@myclubfinances.com and we will promptly process your request.

Security

Personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, email address) is protected on a computerised system to ensure that loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information is not probable. Sensitive information (such as credit card number, account number) is protected by secure server software. This secure software encrypts financial information provided online through the use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the Realex system to process our payments. It prevents anyone else reading your personal and sensitive information while your fee is being processed online. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times to avoid unauthorised use of your MyClubFinances.com and locallotto.ie accounts.

MyClubFinances.com declines all responsibility for the subsequent use of your personal information by the organisation.This organisation may contact you from time to time via email. The personal data provided is stored on our secure computerised database to enable us to respond to your requests. We may communicate with you in the future by mail, email and telephone.

    In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
